Refund and Returns Policy

Cocozea Following the successful placement of an order for a packaged food product and the buyer’s payment, OR “COCOZEA CHOCOLATES” does not accept refunds. Only those who accept this term are asked to place the order. 

 

We will allow returns of merchandise purchased from www.cocozea.com, provided that the following guidelines are followed: 

 

A.  Exchange requests will only be considered if the customer receives products that are defective or have expired. Then, only these cases will be taken into consideration for exchange. 

B.  Within 12 hours of receiving the items at his or her delivery address, the buyer must notify www.cocozea.com of their intention to exchange the defective products. Sending such damaged goods to Cocozea Chocolate’s registered address requires formal approval from the COCOZEA CHOCOLATES Customer Support Team, which can be reached via the official email address info@cocozea.com. 

C. All replacements will be sent out once Cocozea Chocolates receives the returned product shipment. Cocozea Chocolates will pay the courier fees to return the damaged cases. 

 

 

Policy on Cancellation and Refunds

  • Once an order is placed and accepted by the payment gateway, the customer cannot cancel it and request a refund.
  • The mailing address provided by the buyer must match the one used when placing the order; otherwise, a refund will not be issued.
  • According to the company’s exchange policy, a product of comparable value will be exchanged for the product.
  • Only in the event that our partner courier companies do not service the shipping location will refund requests be taken into consideration.
  • The money will be returned to the customer within the following 7–10 business days of the date of the written confirmation of the refund. The customer’s original payment method will be used to reimburse the amount.
  • We won’t consider refund requests for products that are damaged. We will exchange damaged products in accordance with our exchange policy.
In the following situations, there will be no refunds: 
a. An incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the client 
b. The addressee is not present at the specified address or location. 
c. Refusing to accept the goods when they are delivered.

 COUPON TERMS AND SUMMARY

  • The voucher can only be used on www.cocozea.com and in conjunction with orders placed for goods that the website ships and sells.
  • Each consumer may only use one coupon, and they are only good for a short period of time.
  • Until the coupon is used to the eligible item, it will not be valid. The value or discount from the coupon may be deducted from the return credit if you return any of the items you bought using the coupon.
  • All products are subject to applicable shipping and handling fees in accordance with the Shipping & Returns Policy.
  • Products purchased from other e-commerce websites or third-party vendors are not eligible for the coupon.
  • Coupons may be altered or terminated at any moment by Cocozea Chocolates.
